Tony David

Presenter International Service

Born in London some years ago (although the exact time has never been confirmed), Tony started listening to radio from a young age. But it was 1974 and the impact of the first commercial station in London, Capital Radio that grabbed our Tone’s attention. The sounds of Roger Scott and Kenny Everett left an indelible mark on Tone’s psyche, something that remains to this very day! Over the last 30 years Tone has been involved in a few radio stations, one that went on for many years both on air and eventually online (XIR) and he also spent a year or two on hospital radio in North London as well as a few internet stations since including this stations namesake. Tone loves music from all years and genres and has been known to hang around a few choice rock gigs across Europe. Tone’s other interests include Movies, Music, Baseball, Radio, Cricket, F1 and keeping a check on Clark Pink just to make sure he’s still as mad as Tone is. The Tony David Show can be heard first on Monday Nights on RNI at 20.00 hrs CET (7:00 pm UK Time) and gets a kick out playing a wider range of music for the RNI listeners.
